These Answers Matter
Are you exceptional at motivating other people, or do you perform best in the background? These answers matter to your band and now is the time to figure them out. Taking a personality test (many are available free or at low cost online). These can help tell you who you are and what makes you different. Knowing and feeling confident that this is who I am, and this is what makes me unique helps to develop a clear, positive message.
After taking a selection of tests, come up with five adjectives that describe your style and strengths.
