A Mindset for positive thinking amidst COVD-19.

What can be done to stay positive in a time of uncertainty and unrest? We must recall basic tenants of mental and physical well being. Primarily, we must reach to maintain balance. With the tone of everyday life being altered to abate the reach of pathogens, we must strive to stay active. We must augment our current lifestyle with walks, runs and bicycling. Enjoy local trails via foot, bike or adequate substitute.


Encourage neighbors, housemates and the like to do the same fostering an environment of like minded balanced individuals. Even if you're fixed to a location with no adequate outlooks, don't be unwilling to drive to locations that would not have been previously thought of. The solution is up to you.
