3-D DIE CAST / CUTOUT
This style is perfect for cut out style letters or designs that produce a 3D effect. Adding delicate details or requiring intricate cut-outs a 3D sculpturing in your custom lapel pins designs is just what you need. Because 3D pins offer a level of detail and a real 3D look they are very popular with organizations and businesses. 3D die-cast lapel pins provide multi-levels of surface at multiple angles so as to create a 3 dimensional look and feel.
THE PRODUCTION PROCESS
A 3D pin is made from a rubber mold acceptable for molten metal, while die struck lapel pins are made by stamping a metal die. The use of molten metal and rubber mold instead of a die striking solid metal highlights the details and dimensions of the custom 3D die-cast lapel pins.
THE ELEGANCE OF DIE CAST PINS
The price includes 3 Pantone colors and 3 finishes. They are brass, nickel, copper or black nickel. Pins include poly-bagging and military clutch back or rubber clutch back.
